You think you're healthy because the food you eat has enough of the right stuff in it like protein and calories, but what if I told you health is like a house? Imagine your house had enough wood in it. But then imagine finding out that the wood in your house was actually cardboard. Food is the same. You think that because the food has the right amount of protein, calories, fat, sugar, etc, that it is good. That is the same as thinking a house is strong because it has a certain amount of nails, wood, steel, cement, etc. But that does not take in account the quality, architecture, structure, foundation of the ground it is built on, whether or not it might rust, mildew, leak, break, catch on fire, flood, fall over, potential side effects, problems with isolation of certain things outside the context of other things, how well it might get along with the environment, how well the house fits in with other houses around it, etc, etc.
