In the Gen 2-3 creation myth, God is always referred to as "Jehovah Elohim". Except when the serpent is speaking; and then it's always just "Elohim". So let's just take a moment and admire the perfection in polemics and propaganda that only the devil refers to God as just "Elohim". Just like God is referred to in Gen 1 and the lineage of Seth in Gen 5.
