Cops don’t do that, ever.” Imo the forward projection of blood spatter + ejected "tooth" doesn't match a gunshot wound to the face/mouth area & the neck wound is too small of an opening for a high caliber "exit" wound. It's the exact opposite of what Higgins reported imo . . . the kill shot entered his neck, just below the right ear & exited through his mouth or is lodged in the skull somewhere.
