Some people know how to work the system. One young gal is getting $3700 a month, child on SSI-got money, Mom got money to take care of her own child, foster Mom to her niece-got money, low income housing-she paid 90.00 for a 900.00 condo, free school lunches/bus, low cost utilities, food stamps....?
