Peymon of Freedom Law School Proves That Only District of Colombia U.S. Citizens Are Required to File Fed. Income Tax Returns Mar 25 2026 https://tinyurl.com/3ader7u5 From Ken Adachi, Editor of http://educate-yourself.org, March 25 2026 The "requirement" to pay US Income Tax to the IRS is NOT required of American citizens living in the FIFTY (50) states of America, but RATHER the wording only applies to "U.S. Citizens" or "residents" of the "District of Colombia." Hmmmm. The District of Colombia was created 22 years after the Civil War ended in 1865 in which congress passed a "second" type of 'Constitution' called "The Corporate Constitution." The Corporate Constitution did NOT (and does not) replace the founding Constitution of the Republic signed in September of 1787, and ratified in 1788. The purpose of the Corporate Constitution was (ostensibly) to create a way for American Negros, now freed from slavery throughout the country, to gain citizenship and citizenship rights in their OWN "state" (dubbed The District of Colombia in Washington), while state citizenship was ONLY available to white people before and even after the Civil War. Thus, the Corporate Constitution CREATED the concept of a "U.S. Citizen" from "The District of Colombia" located in the Capitol of Washington, as a means to create "statehood" for American Negroes, since Negroes - at the time - could not call themselves a "state citizen" of any OTHER state (of the Union) than the District of Colombia. The government, schools and media, by acclimating ordinary American citizens to refer to themselves as "a US citizen" when asked by a reporter or government officials, and especially when applying for a "US Citizen" passport, you are SELF AFFIRMING that you are a "US Citizen" from the "state" of The District of Colombia in the Capitol of Washington, and THEREFORE you are required to file a Federal Income Tax Return for wages which you have earned in the previous year. However, everyone else who is NOT from the 'state' of The District of Colombia, is NOT required to file an IRS tax return. What Peymon's school course teaches you is HOW to file the appropriate paperwork with the government and the IRS to make it crystal clear that your are a "citizen" of the state in which you were born and not a "U.S. Citizen" from the 'state' of The District of Colombia. If you are intelligent enough to learn it on your own, then you can do that and stop paying Federal Income tax. If you have the money, Peymon can lay out the whole process for you and you can achieve the same goal without doing all the digging and research on your own. Just ASK the people who've taken his course and STOPPED paying Federal Income Tax.
