Does anyone here know of how to get OFF the Quarantine list of a province - specifically Ontario in husband Paul's & my cases?? When we tried to enter the US last Mon 11/30 for our seasonal migration - & Paul was denied entry (see https://gab.com/KittyAntonik/posts/105311356260821259 ) we never got out of the car at the US CBP, all paperwork was handled w/ us in the car & border guards masked. So when they gave us the "Notice of Refusal of Admission..." for Paul & we were escorted to the turn-around & let thru the bridge toll w/o having to pay again. When reaching the Canadian side of the bridge, we ofc stopped at the kiosk, gave the guy our passports AND the Refusal Notice for Paul explaining how we'd never even gotten out of the car. He sent us in to the "Immigration" (?? guess that was more appropriate than "Customs") where the 2 women there agreed that we had not entered the US & therefore were not officially "entering Canada" & needing to quarantine (again). BUT we wound up in the quarantine system anyway!! We both got emails 12/3 from the Gov of Canada saying "since we returned from travelling outside of Canada" we were in now required to be in 14d of quarantine. Paul responded to the email (it didn't contain a "No Reply" note) but only today received a response that the email was not delivered!! Cont'd in comment due to Gab length limitation... HOPING FOR HELP!
