Last night I verified that Neocities has banned me from commenting on the pages of anyone that I do not follow and that does not also follow me. Very disappointing and cowardly! I had much respect for this service in the past, but both it and its users have shown their true colours very well over the past month. I highly recommend that anyone looking to host a website on this failing service either uses its far superior competitor Kolyma (https://www.kolyma.org/) or self-hosts (excellent guide here: https://landchad.net/). I suspect it's only a matter of time until they graduate to de-platforming people for wrongthink.
