About the COLLAPSE of American Supply Chains BEFORE Trump - About 9 years ago (2017), I tried the "rectangular" kind of waterer (that waters in a rectangle, instead of a circle"), for a summer. I saved the receipts. I tried every waterer/ sprinkler I could get my hands on, maybe a total of 7 different sprinklers, from Walmart, local hardware stores, etc. From the $5 sprinkler to the $45 sprinkler. The Same Thing happened with every one - it ran for about 3 weeks, and then malfunctioned. Couldn't blame it on the well water - there is Zero sediment that comes out. Zero visible build-up, from dissolved chemicals that could collect and eventually gum up the water ways. So I returned every sprinkler, and got my money back. It was like Renting Sprinklers, and the only cost was my time. Because I was careful about saving receipts, I actually got my money back for every sprinkler. I eventually got the kind that waters in circles, like they use on farms and golf courses. Have used the same 2 sprinklers for about 8 years now. They just keep working. When we were kids, my parents like the rectangular-area sprinkler - and they worked. They were American made. (Trump might have been president in 2017, but he didn't really fuck up American supply chains until Covid19, in 2020.) It was just interesting to see how BROKEN American supply chains are, and were - and that was 9 years ago. American supply chains are WAAAAAY more broken now, in 2026.
