Approximately 7% of children aged 3-17 experience issues with anxiety each year. Most people live with it, not even knowing they have it. We change lives at every show! Julia was diagnosed with crippling anxiety at an early age and takes medicine to help her cope with daily struggles. Anxiety can lead to depression which can lead to things we avoid talking about. During our show, we discuss how music has helped her continue her dream of becoming a singer / songwriter agains all odds.
