Since 1983 I have been a non-lawyer, legal researcher and pro se litigator to exclude from Employees' Group Health Insurance ["GHI"] mandatory coverage for abortion and contraception! In 2004 I copyrighted my unique definition of a burden on the free exercise of religion which in concert with Rosano v. U.S., 9 Cl.Ct. 137 (1985) on July 2, 2015, I criminalized anti-life GHI. abortion, contraception and same sex marriage pending an appeal to the US Supreme Court. I now seek help to timely do so!
