After a few questions, Brent Baier asked them were they not "spoilers." Hold the press here! That is exactly what we want to have happen. It was all intended in the design by our Founding Fathers. It's called the Electoral College, Article II, Section 1, of our U.S. constitution. Remember. we do NOT elect our President by a national majority vote. State appointed Electors choose the President. When we have, as it looks like today, a lousy election selection with Biden included, third-parties protect us by preventing the Electoral vote from creating a majority for one side. Electors are selected by states. It only takes a few states to have enough third-party votes in the college to cause it to go into subsequent rounds. And the best candidate wins. Third-parties don't have to be 50 state qualified. However, many third-parties can tip the scale."
