SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY JOHN 16:21-22 A woman in childbirth suffers,because her time has come; but when she has given birth to the child she forgets the suffering. LESSON You may know suffering and pain but the Lord will console you with eternal joy, strength and healing. Hold onto the Lord. PRAYER Lord God, look on all faithful people who are sick and who love to call on your name, and take their souls into your keeping, and deliver them from all sickness and infirmity. Amen.
