The victim’s name is Andrew Jamews Wimsatt, and he’d just left visiting his elderly mother and was resting on a park bench. He was only there for three minutes when he was attacked from behind and stabbed viciously in the neck by a black man named Benedict Ogbodiegwu Jr. After Wimsatt fell to the ground, Ogbodiegwu began trying to saw his head off with the knife.
