#CapitalOne made their #Website so complicated and too reliant on #CellPhones . Now none of their #Outsourced #Foreign #CustomerSupport staff can get Amber into her account. They insist on using #texting instead of #Email for #Verification when we #share a phone and we're in a #Service #DeadZone Those people have got to be the #Dumbest #Assholes I've ever had to deal with.
