The property and house was willed to John David Ciofani and it's in his name. Joey just wants to get us kicked out or cause undue grief. He has no legal right, which makes his attempts to sell it an attempted scam or fraud. You can't do anything with an acre in this town, anyway. Not even put a pole barn on it.
