Baltimore police have release footage of an officer involved shooting last month. Louis Jackson (46) decided it was a good idea to randomly fire at a passing police car. The officer driving the car didn't appreciate the friendly gesture and turned around. Upon exiting his vehicle he received fire from Mr. Jackson and his historic revolver. Multiple responding officers then perform an impromptu 40S&W hollow point ballistics test with their Gen4 Glock 22s on Mr. Jackson's torso 🎯 The test was successful and Mr. Jackson died at the scene.
