Another nail in the coffin of the unconstitutional mass surveillance state was hammered in yesterday by a federal court out of Mississippi. Justice Reeves authored the ruling which affirmed that "tower dump" warrants, where police get access to records for every cellphone that connected to cell towers around a crime scene, are in fact unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment. This would have been obvious to literally everyone prior the "Patriot Act" being passed but it's taken 20+ years for the cases to make it through the courts. A piece of legislation, like the "Patriot Act," can't supersede The Bill Of Rights. #CityLife #police #crime #PoliceState #4thAmendment #CivilRights #ALPR #cops #stalking #flock #SurveillanceState #mississippi
