Let's check in on the "Sí al Desarme, Sí a la Paz" disarmament event in Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, Mexico and see how it went. As expected, not well. 4 bystanders were shot when a soldier attempted to cut a loaded firearm in half for no apparent reason.
