There's so many different variables at play *currently* that it's impossible to answer all of the "can I do X in Y state as a member of Z group?" questions. Example - Mississippi's state level law on silencers. With the current ruling, what does "duly authorized under federal law" mean now for a Mississippi resident? I have no idea. I can guess but I certainly don't KNOW. Until guidance is provided I doubt anyone will know. Other scenarios are pretty black and white however.
