Happy long weekend, everyone! Oh boy - an extra day to play! We may take a break this morning for a treat to our baker friend and his delicious offerings. We've finished the underlayment and today will be installing an additional electrical outlet and light switch in the room. Then on to the tile. I've gotten a $150 rebate from Menards which will help pay for the living room floor, which will be next in line. It's nice to see us finally making progress in the house remodeling, and I don't mind the work at all. It'll be beautiful when we finish. Whatever you have planned for today, enjoy yourselves. Take time out away from chores and just relax. Regardless of the hot weather we're having, soon those lovely, cool Autumn days will be upon us and I can't wait. For those of you who love the current weather - enjoy a day at the beach or pool, or a picnic in a park. Whatever it takes to help ease the stress of this world.
