Welcome to My American Morning Good Sunday morning, Gab Family. On my next April trip to the preserve, I went to West Bay. One of the first things I saw was Barry the Bittern. It was still early, and the light was low, and I still had not learned my lesson about having the shutter speed too fast for the available light. So this image had a lot of noise and took some doing to make it presentable. Barry had just grabbed something in the weeds.
