Im old and I dont know what I was thinking most of my life, ignoring German food. But recently I just cant get enough. Fortunately I have a really good German butcher conveniently located, who makes his own sausages & carries German products. Most importantly carries pork hocks & knuckles. His wife is also there & her cooking advice is golden. I wish I had supported his store before now.
