Dear Moms, while the world is pushing an increasingly evil narrative everywhere we turn, we don’t have to feel overpowered or defeated. The incessant messages try to tell our kids that transsexuals are cool, that atheism is truth, that fear is normal, that males are despotic, that communism is good, that pedophilia is love, and that God is dead. We are in a desperate battle for our children’s hearts and minds. The situation is dire. It feels like too much. HOLD THE LINE. Moms, you are the walls of the castle. You are the protective wing of the hen. You are the she-bear. You are so much to your children. They need you to shield them from the evil while training them in the good. They need you to show them a fearless faith in God. They need to see that the joy of the Lord is your strength. There is nothing new under the sun. God has seen all this before. He is not shocked or scared. Neither should you be. You and your children were created for such a time as this. If you are feeling the weight of this sinful world, go closer to Christ. Read just a little bit more scripture each day. Spend a bit of extra time in prayer. Sing one more hymn. And teach all of this to your children. Protect them while they are young.
