Might be a good time to stock up on necessities...30 days worth if you can. Non-perishable dry & canned food. Bottled water. Pet food & meds, anything you need to be comfortable for a time. Fuel up your car & have spare fuel safely stored. Backup generator + spare fuel + good extension cords. Fill up your propane BBQ tanks for cooking, boiling. Download Signal App. Maybe get a CB or Ham Radio. Emergency lighting (solar landscape lights work great in a pinch), and your preferred type of Self-Defense always at the ready.
