In less than 60 days, standing armies will operate with impunity in communities across America under the pretense of “law and order”. Executive Order 14288 | Strengthening and Unleashing America’s Law Enforcement to Pursue Criminals and Protect Innocent Civilians (1) – Enacted on April 28, 2025, as part of the Trump Administration’s commitment to “restoring” law and order in the United States, this executive order facilitates the expansion of qualified immunity under the direction of acting U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, effectively shielding police departments and precincts from prosecution by state and local officials that “willfully and unlawfully direct the obstruction of criminal law, including by directly and unlawfully prohibiting law enforcement officers from carrying out duties.” The scope and severity of this conscientious disregard for the “rule of law” by opponents of the Trump Administration’s imperialist edict solely determined by the 47th President of the United States’ cabinet officials. Excerpts of this tyrannical decree detailed verbatim below: Sec. 3. Empowering State and Local Law Enforcement. (a) The Attorney General and other appropriate heads of executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall take all appropriate action to maximize the use of Federal resources to: (i) provide new best practices to State and local law enforcement to aggressively police communities against all crimes; (ii) expand access and improve the quality of training available to State and local law enforcement; (iii) increase pay and benefits for law enforcement officers; (iv) strengthen and expand legal protections for law enforcement officers; (v) seek enhanced sentences for crimes against law enforcement officers; (vi) promote investment in the security and capacity of prisons; and (vii) increase the investment in and collection, distribution, and uniformity of crime data across jurisdictions. (b) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General shall review all ongoing Federal consent decrees, out-of-court agreements, and post-judgment orders to which a State or local law enforcement agency is a party and modify, rescind, or move to conclude such measures that unduly impede the performance of law enforcement functions. Summation: 60 days from the date of April 28, 2025, the Attorney General, under the direction of the President, shall implement the following: i) Nullify existing prohibitions and restrictive mandates designed to curtail abuses of authority and civil rights violations in favor of “aggressive policing”. ii) Redefine training standards and operating procedures to coincide with the militarized tactics of foreign constabularies as a means of “restoring” law and order to crime infested communities. iii) Provide for an increase in the pay and benefits of law enforcement officers at the expense of the American taxpayer. iv) Remove the threat of litigation of police departments and precincts for civil rights violations at the national level through carte blanche indemnity. v) Enhance penalties for crimes committed against law enforcement officers, with sentencing guidelines dictated by the U.S. Department of Justice. The ambiguity surrounding the context of this measure recognized as a deliberate ploy by the Trump Administration to provide for the reinterpretation of the national criminal code, federal regulations outlined in the contents of United States Code Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedures. vi) Promote investment in the manufacture and construction of AI-compliant detainment facilities possessing biometric and iris recognition surveillance capability. On Thursday, May 1, 2025, the World Network, a digitally transcribed, immutable data transference, identity verification appliance incorporating the use of blockchain technology to document and catalogue the iris patterns of individuals, was launched in San Francisco as part of a pilot program designed by OpenAI and Tools For Humanity to authenticate one’s personhood (2). vii) Increase financing in the development of data harvesting technologies, specifically as it relates to the collection, distribution, and uniformity of crime related statistics regardless of jurisdictional limitation. The intelligence community, together in conjunction with large-scale multinational technology and innovation firms and organizations (OpenAI, Oracle Corporation, Palantir Technologies, etc.), aims to redirect its funding toward the development and implementation of a DNA (DeoxyriboNucleic Acid) patented system of predictive policing.
