Once again COPS are idiots. Enforce seat belt law YET can NOT enforce HANDS FREE. So why NOT pull your heads from your A$$es and ask yourself.... Does NOT wearing a seat belt cause accidents OR maybe just MAYBE its that little phone in their hands that cause accidents. Hmm Does NOT wearing a seat belt cause bodily harm to others when in an accident? OR does being on your phone cause bodily harm to others in an accident?
