Trucker made an illegal turn but no ticket, no arrest for ICE. Hit and run dragging her car, all windows broken out, broken glass in her asscrack, peed herself waiting to die. Broke loose and she had to drive it and chase him down to stop him. Trucker refuses to answer phone. 4 cops but impossible to get police report for insurance and lawyer, so trying to get info from E911 Dispatch. He tried to bribe her to avoid calling 911, so probably bribed cops, so no ticket. Can't work to pay bills. I almost got crushed by illegal alien trucker via illegal right turn, pickup beside me crushed. Trucker unable to speak any English, his boss ok with that. Victim had warrant or no license so fled. No ICE arrest. Trucker extremely dangerous.PN
