The determination of your guilt or innocence in 'Murica now boils down to barely veiled #OppressionOlympics calculus, in the court of public opinion and actual trials. Specifically in the #LyndsayClancy case, it's merely a question of whom white men oppressed more: a white female child murderer by denying her support or medication or whatever all the equally psychotic women think she deserved, or the one holdout black male juror, who probably hates Karens and would never have held the line if someone named Shaneekwa were about to be acquitted in the deaths of three white kids. But #race isn't real and it's just a #SocialConstruct, dontchyaknow, even though it basically governs all or most legal outcomes anymore.
