I have come to understand that there is unlawful, fraudulent activity being committed by Portsmouth City Council, as I have seen online reports of criminal collusion as witnessed by a number of members of the public, between Portsmouth City Council and Portsmouth Magistrates Court in the issuing of unlawful liability orders, informing residents that they are not required to attend court when they have been summonsed, as well as a serious criminal data breach of 6,000 Portsmouth residents. As a concerned resident, believing that fraud may be being committed by Portsmouth City Council, I am aware that if I were to continue to pay my council tax I am aiding and abetting in these illegal and unlawful fraudulent activities and am therefore seeking reassurance from you, Natalie Brahma-Pearl, that this is not the case.
