The message from John McAfee is the Q itself. (posted minutes after he died.) What people are seeing, and is being quickly seeded out as a secret message, is actually this: Facebook metadata attached to every photo (see second photo). It was posted to his Instagram, which is owned by Facebook.
It's an internal copyrighting tool used to track photo usage.

Also, John McAfee did not commit suicide.
