Calves were weaned from mamas. Brought them to large pens so they can safely be weaned. We check them for stress (any additional stress from weaning). They are fed ground oat hay and have additional hay bales in the large pens. Once weaning is completed, they go back out to pasture. #beef #ranching #circleoflife #usa #kansas
