America First. Constitution over 2,000-year blood feuds. A Jerusalem rabbi just said the quiet part out loud: Recently, Rabbi David Shor, a prominent religious leader in Jerusalem, grabbed attention with a statement delivered at a livestreamed synagogue event on March 24, 2024. Addressing his congregation, he said, "America and the Christian West have to go down to their knees... especially the western ones... they're gonna go down hard for how they treated us over the last 2,000 years." He invoked the destruction of the Second Temple by pagan Rome in 70 AD and suggested that a power like China might be destined to carry out justice. According to his message, continued American support only postpones an inevitable reckoning. Americans are not Romans. We did not destroy any temple. Our sons did not march with Titus. The U.S. Constitution does not bind We the People to inherit collective guilt for an emperor’s order issued 1,956 years ago. A free constitutional republic does not exist to settle ancient religious scores or subsidize its own prophesied collapse. Sovereignty means our cities, our soldiers, our borders, and our children’s future come first, not foreign eschatology that frames American destruction as divine justice. To put these principles into action, Congress has to prioritize legislation that restricts foreign aid to countries whose leaders make hostile or provocative statements toward the United States. Lawmakers should require annual public audits of all military and economic assistance and condition continued support on respect for American sovereignty and interests. The U.S. must enact clear statutes to prevent dual citizens or foreign lobbyists from influencing key decisions related to defense appropriations. Finally, constituents should engage their representatives and urge passage of bills that prohibit blank check commitments and demand that all treaties and alliances serve the well-being of the American people above all else. This clarifies why serious America First voices have warned for years against putting the interests of any other nation, especially Israel, above those of our own Republic: While this critique has often focused on the U.S.-Israel relationship, it applies to all foreign entanglements where American priorities are subordinated to external agendas or ancient conflicts. Our guiding principle must remain unwavering: America’s well-being comes first, regardless of which nation or alliance is involved. https://www.theamericanconservative.com/america-first-israel-second/ https://www.theamericanconservative.com/israel-first-or-america-first-2/ https://www.theamericanconservative.com/israel-first-or-america-first/ (Pat Buchanan) And why the exact clip is being called out in real time by nationalist media that puts the Republic first: https://x.com/RealAlexJones/status/2088331085004308908 No blank checks. This means ending unconditional aid and requiring that any future support comes with clear conditions, measurable oversight, and a direct benefit to American interests. No dual loyalties. No subordination of American interests to any other nation’s ancient grievances or end-times timetable. The Republic was not founded to kneel.
