Meanwhile on the #Homestead 🏕 👨‍🌾🌾 Our new #Mockmill arrived today, after being out of stock. It allows us to stone grind #flour fresh each time we need it. Grain berries store better than flour, and also takes up less room. The amount increases by ~80% after milling. Aside from the typical hard & soft white, we also ordered some #Einkorn, #Rye, #Spelt, and heirloom #Fife grain. Aside from taste and health factores, it is another step towards not relying so much on the #SupplyChain.
