I'm aware of this in myself and am usually prepared for it better. Yesterday compounded my trauma and ongoing grief. I will never get over 9/11 and I will never get over Charlie Kirk's assassination. I'm staying home today and taking a pause. Keeping myself busy with mundane things. Today is the hardest 9/11 I've had for a long time.
