Almost everyone has a place where their ethnicity is privileged, except whites. That's why it's unfair for US governments to be fair or generous to people who aren't of the American ethnicity: only whites get left out globally. It's God's design that everyone be privileged somewhere on the globe. Every people deserves a homeland.
