Why is the Washoe County DA’s office against investigating election issues? Why are they the ones fighting against an investigation or even following the laws? Why are they speaking for the ROV instead of letting the ROV speak? Why do I have to sue the county for election issues instead of them simply hiring a third party to investigate my and our claims? Why do I have to use my money in court to fight the DA’s office for fair elections when they use OUR tax dollars to deny or cover up the issues and fight me-us in court? Is it one rogue Deputy District Attorney or the entire office? Did the DA’s office threaten commissioners with criminal prosecution if they refused to certify the vote, as Commissioner Clark alluded?
