Now that I think about it, I’m offended by the name BlackRock for an investment firm led by Larry Fink who acknowledges that “...3% of our senior leaders (Directors and above) and 5% of our workforce in the US identify as Black.” And for the record, Larry Fink and his BlackRock Investment group have been one of the biggest investors in private prisons that disproportionately hurt black people. So woke. 😳
