Currently have 7,000 acres of solar going up near me. One of the most disgusting sites I have ever seen. Thousands of acres of heritage farms being turned into corporate waste in the name of tax breaks and government funding… I hate it with a very passion, all the boomer land owner sees is a multi million dollar rent check and no responsibility, not a care in the world that their progeny will have to deal with the consequences. My family did not sign on to the leases but we are now subject to being surrounded by them and the consequence as well. Can’t wait to see the results of putting 7,000 acres of black glass next to a water reservoir.
