Wouldbe tyrants ALWAYS create WIDESPREAD FEAR of something among the masses. They then tell everyone that an action which empowers/enriches or advances THEIR OWN PERSONAL GOALS is for the protection of the public - to address the very widespread fear they created and spread to begin with. This is the age-old way that tyrants drive the public toward their own desired outcome - "to protect the public." Bible says "Do not fear" a ton of times. God tries to help us in so many ways each day. Pray for discernment and do not fear their BS.
