After 9/11, there was a concerted effort to try to prevent discrimination against Muslims after it was learned the terrorists were Islamic extremists. 25 years later, there are Muslim mayors in two of the largest and most important cities in the west: London and New York. And there's been the largest modern migration of Muslims to Europe. What's not reported much here is that it's created a crisis. There are political and cultural clashes, crime, and tensions that have reached a boiling point.
