A complaint was filed in federal court in Texas on May 10, 2024. ✍️ 2. Judge Merchan and D.A. Alvin Bragg were served, with a side of legal papers. 📝🍽️ 3. The case was not only filed but also *docketed* in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. 📚🔍 4. A request for a Stay of the July 11th sentencing is in the works, citing some serious allegations of voter disenfranchisement and election interference. ⚖️🚫 5. And, last but not least, Treniss J.
