The bible isn't a history book. Those get re-written every decade and they always claim the current one is the best copy yet. 😜 The Word of God and His testimony has intention and purpose, as written in II Timothy 3:15-17 it is for wisdom unto salvation and the perfection of our selves in the Lord's Good work. That said, what truly drew me to trust Him was seeing the truth of the world reflected in His testimony. Namely proverbs and Ecclesiastes, I did see these things are true, written thousands of years ago now, yet true today. I'm already getting wordy so, maybe I'll break it down more in other posts.
