First teams are made by role of the die. Then, the dealer draws 2 cards and one member of each team roles to determine first pick of the cards. Each suit is a specific workout. If a royal is drawn, the other team rolls to determine number of reps for other team. Situps are always double reps. Cards are stacked separate for each team. Royal suits equal 12 points and jokers 14 (with no required workout). Highest score wins. Team with highest score skips kitchen (cleaning dishes) detail during Aftercare.
