Lake County Fl Last year they doubled the trash fees. This year they about doubled the Fire fees. Guess what they are planning for next year? They are adding a ad-valorem tax for the Sheriffs department. You will still pay what you already do on the regular taxes but you will get a nice extra added with the trash and fire fees for the Sheriff now.
