Reminder: City council took over The Hostess House in late 2019. There was immediately a squabble over spending $6,000 for a new air conditioner unit - but the money was ultimately spent as "an investment" in the property. The TOTAL amount of rental fees collected by the City for ALL of 2020 was approximately $1200. The entire year! Twelve hundred bucks! So....now they want to spend $300,000 to upgrade this thing? You humans DO realize it will take you approximately 250 years to get your investment back, right? I've eaten mice and small birds smarter than these people!!!
