Who exactly was the "victim" in this supposed "crime?" I see TWO VICTIMS HERE! The lady who suffered REAL HARM when her beer was stolen The man who suffered REAL HARM when his plane was stolen AND BOTH OF THESE PEOPLE WERE VICTIMS WHEN THEY WERE KIDNAPPED & JAILED BY CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT THUGS AND HAD THEIR MONEY AND PROPERTY STOLEN BY THESE THUGS PERSONALLY..... I believe that the 3 days in jail and $1500 fine was extremely Excessive on it's own! You must realize this is ALL "Maritime Admiralty Law" bullsh*t!
