RBP 243: On the Mission Field with Missionary Daniel Darling Latest episode of the Removing Barriers Podcast Episode 243 In the Basque Country of northern Spain, Missionary Daniel Darling and his family are faithfully serving the Lord. Saved at the age of four, Daniel Darling went on a missions trip to Bilbao, Spain as a young married man. He returned to the states, but the Lord was already hard at work on his heart about returning there to serve. He and his family obeyed the Lord and are now living in southern France near the Spanish border of Basque Country. There are many cultural and religious elements that play into his work of sharing the gospel; some elements are significant barriers to salvation while others are might be considered mere inconveniences. One thing is consistent, however: there are many souls in that country that, despite the permeation of Catholicism into almost all areas of life, have no idea what the church really is and how Jesus' sacrifice on the cross made full payment for sin. Daniel's work there seeks to change that. Join us as we learn about his mission field and the needs thereof, and what God is doing to draw lost men to Him through the Darling Family's obedience to Him.
