@RobertGuy I deeply appreciate both your points themselves and the powerful way you express them. The only thing I'll add is critical it is that we take charge, locally. We cannot do this by normal means. Thus, I urge all of us to read Sun Tzu, Alinsky, and my newest find, Gene Sharp's "From Dictatorship To Democracy," provided here. You might reread your own points with the perspective of Asymmetrical Warfare and not be far from where I'm heading. I guess to round out the required reading list, we'd have to throw down with Machiavelli and last, Unrestricted Warfare. I cannot emphasize too strongly how important it is to do the thoughtwork necessary to be ready for the real fight. But if I have to pick just one to get someone started, it's Gene Sharp's work on the power of non-violent conflict, here: https://www.aeinstein.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/FDTD.pdf
