There was a post here for a company called "Free Country" that makes outdoor clothing a week or so back, looking for alternatives to Carhartt. I ordered a jacket from them, which came the other day. Too small (used their sizing chart), so I wanted to send it back. They charge flat $9 to return, no exchanges. On their website, there is a return wizard to fill out to get the return label. 3 simple pieces of info: Order #, Name, Zip Code. Did that.....returns "Order # not found". Did it again, on the off chance I may have entered the wrong number....nope same thing. Try their customer service phone #: "Contact us by email" says the recording. Email ? Nope....bounces back "un-deliverable". Check email address try again. Same thing. Try their corporate phone number. "no one is available to answer your call".....then gives you 5-6 options of this or that, all of which go to voice mail. At this point, I'm about to call my credit card company, dispute the charge and let them fight it out. SO, buyer.....beware !
