And here is another issue. If anyone tries to injure or kills police K9, in many states it is a felony. Durall starved to death an active duty K9. He should have been convicted for felonies. I'm angry about it because I have a Malinois and a German Shepherd. I don't give a damn about the ramifications of him having his personal info exposed. The judiciary failed in its basic duties.
